Collection: Leather

Animals have accompanied humanity since its origins, which led to a long process of domestication of their wild spirits. And from this same origin began the use of its fibers and leather when it died. Since colonial America, the saddler's trade was closely linked to the manufacture of parts and equipment for horse riding. Then leather goods made their way thanks to the perfection of tanning, thus appearing the material transfigured into useful and beautiful objects. Even from their mane or tusa, as the long thick hairs that grow on the neck and tail of horses are called, an art flourished in Chile more than two hundred years ago in Rari, a small town with adobe houses, located at the foot of the hills of the Maule region.
